Hey, I’m Becca!
I’m passionate about guiding heart-centered individuals to find a true sense of self-belonging. My mission is to help you break free from the limiting beliefs that keep you stuck in dysfunctional patterns and constantly seeking validation. I believe that when you can fully embrace and express your inherent worth, you can experience deeper peace, joy, and connection.
For almost 15 years, I’ve worked as a therapist for individuals and couples, gaining experience in community organizations, teaching graduate-level therapy courses, supervising clinicians, and consulting with professionals. I’ve had the privilege of working with hundreds of clients to help them reclaim their authenticity and transform their relationships.
I’m also a Certified Enneagram Practitioner and Teacher through The Narrative Enneagram, and a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor.
I created Belong Consulting to extend the reach of these transformative tools—the Enneagram, Body Liberation, and Relationship Work—beyond one-on-one counseling. My goal is to empower you, your clients, or your organization to thrive through self-belonging, healing, and authentic connection.
When I’m not working, you can find me spending time with my husband, daughter, and our dog, Pumpkin, or letting my imagination escape for a bit with my nose in a book (I love fiction, sci-fi, fantasy, and nonfiction psychology!). I believe in practicing what I teach, so I’m always finding new ways to stay grounded, grow, and connect with myself and others.
My Philosophy
I love being a therapist, and I’m proud to be an elder millennial! I understand the complexities of our generation—the burning desire to create authentic meaning, purpose, and connection. For me, therapy isn’t just a tool; it’s a lifeline, helping you build the life you crave.
One of my greatest privileges is guiding people on their journeys of self-discovery and growth. I’m here to create a safe space where you can explore who you are, deepen your relationships, and heal the wounds that hold you back from living a full, vibrant life. I believe therapy can benefit everyone, no matter where you are in life.

My Background
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Colorado, with a passion for helping Millennial individuals and couples. I’m a proud University of Colorado alum (Go Buffs!), where I studied both Psychology and Humanities, focusing on the Classics—though in another life, I might have been an art historian!
I served on the Board of the Colorado Association for Marriage and Family Therapy (CAMFT) from 2016 to 2018 and was honored to receive the 2019 Marriage and Family Therapist of the Year award from The Denver Family Institute Alumni Association.
From 2019 to 2023, I co-hosted the podcast Two Therapists in Therapy with Sarah Brill, where we discussed self-acceptance, self-growth, self-love, and connection. Feel free to check it out!
